Return Policy:
The Game Headwear strives for our customers 100% satisfaction. If you are not happy with your order, please return the product within 30 days of when you receive your order.
Returns must be:
- In new condition with tags attached
- Unworn
- Bills must not be bent or curved

Please include your original order number inside the box.
Once we receive a return, please allow 7-10 days for processing. You will be notified once a return is initiated and your credit card will reflect the refund amount within 3-5 days.
Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
Purchases of The Game Headwear made at retail stores or school bookstores must be returned through those retailers and cannot be returned through thegameshop.com.
